General Information
Our opening hours:
The reception is staffed from 6:00 - 22:00 Uhr.
After 10pm we are also available by phone for emergencies. For arrivals after 10pm please click here.
Arrival: from 1 pm
Departure: until 11 am
Early arrival: We will do our best if you need your room earlier, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.
Late Check-out: Depending on room availability, you can stay with us until 4pm.
We offer breakfast from 6:30 am to 10 am. You may reserve a table the day before until 10 pm. We charge 10 EUR for adults, 5 EUR for children from 3 to 12 years, children under 3 years have breakfast with us for free.
We also have a luggage room where you can leave your suitcase free of charge from 6am to 10pm.

Breakfast
We will ask for your preferred time for breakfast upon arrival. It is our priority to offer you a table in the morning without waiting time.
Elektroauto & Parking
For the duration of your stay you will get a free parking space. After your departure it is unfortunately impossible to park your car with us. You can leave your car at the airport or at our partner hotel Airoport Hostel (040 - 5298500). You can find more parking options after departure here.
Arrival after 10 pm
Our reception is open until 10 pm.
If you arrive after 10pm, you can either check in with your digital device through contactless check-in and ensure access to the room or receive a code for our key box "keyBoy" by email/phone.
Online Check-in
We offer the possibility to check-in online. You will receive an email from us with all the check-in information. You can fill in a registration form, pay for the room and open all the doors with your mobile phone, without contacting the staff and without waiting at reception. However, we are still very happy to answer any questions you may have and check you in before 10pm if you wish.
