Check-in on your terms-anytime, anywhere: Easily fill out your registration form before arrival, pay for your stay in advance, and get instant access to your room. It offers maximum flexibility wherever you are and is particularly practical for arrivals after 10:00 PM.
An e-mail from us
After completing your reservation, you will receive an email regarding the online registration form, which you are welcome to fill out in advance. For arrivals before 10:00 PM, completing this form ahead of time is optional. If you are arriving after 10:00 PM, completing the registration form is required to receive your digital room access. Please note that room check-in on your arrival day is available from 1:00 PM.
Step 1: Fill out the registration form
Open the link: Click the link provided in your email.
Enter your details: Fill in your name, date of birth, and—if needed—an alternative billing address for your company.
License plate number: If arriving by car, please enter your vehicle’s license plate number.
Sign digitally: Simply sign on your touchscreen using your finger, or on your computer using the mouse.
Step 2: Payment
Pay online: Quick and secure directly during the online registration process.
Pay on site: Arriving before 10:00 PM? You can simply skip this step and pay conveniently at reception upon arrival.
Access data
Once your registration form is completed and payment is processed, we will send your room access directly via the web app.
24/7 Support: If you have any questions during your arrival, we are always available to help you by phone.
Easy departure: On your day of departure, there is no need to check out at reception.
